Since Avispa items are handmade and tailored especially for you, returns or exchanges are only available if an item is delivered damaged or lost during shipping.

If this happens, please contact us on the same day of delivery via our contact page, email, or phone number. Include clear photos of the damaged item and a brief explanation of the issue. We will review your case and do everything possible to resolve it.

Refunds are only available if the item is not delivered, lost, or damaged during shipping. In these cases, you will receive a full refund to the card you paid with or new item.

After contacting us, you should receive a response within 24 hours.

Each item requires 3–4 days for production. Shipping is free worldwide and takes 7–14 days, with tracking, depending on your country. Your order is delivered directly to your home address.
